Three generations
The same family. A fifty-five year habit of feeding people.
Kwality Restaurant opened on Green Garden Road in 1971, and it has been run by one family ever since — grandfather, then father, and now the third generation. Kin is what that third generation is cooking: two new tables, built on the same kitchen, the same suppliers, and the same stubbornness about doing things properly.

Kwality opens
A family restaurant near the S.P. Office. It is still there, still full, still ours.

The second generation
The pass changed hands without the recipes changing. Gwalior kept coming back.
